The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 3 has a rollercoaster of emotions and drama for the couples. To name one, Nick and Sandy have had the maximum number of turns on this ride.
The show went live with 6 couples who had issued The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On to their partners. As the show progressed, each of them mingled and connected with others and picked themselves a new partner for their 3-week trial marriage.
While Nick was left alone after he picked Vanessa, who left the show on day 3 after moving in with him, Sandy and her partner J.R. connected faster than any other trial couple. After the two shared an interesting time, the original couples moved back for another 3 weeks for their trial marriage.
Nick and Sandy seem to be reconnecting on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On
Though the most hyped couple of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 3 had a rocky start after moving back in, things might be getting better.
The episode 8 starts with Nick apologizing to Sandy for doubting her and her relationship with J.R. Sandy also addresses her concerns with Nick and how she is confused by his actions and how she would want not just love but also respect from him.
As the episode progressed, Sandy and Nick met her mother and sister, and the couple updated them about Vanessa leaving and the connection Sandy and J.R. shared. Sandy also compared her relationship with J.R. and with Nick with her mother while Nick was away. She ends the conversation.
"There is an engagement at the end of this. So, I'm trying to figure out, you know, is he the best life partner for me?"
Nick also plans a romantic dinner along the lake for the two to share some good moments together. The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On couple expressed how they believe this experience has helped both of them grow and understand each other better.
Later that night when the two lie down together, Sandy gets emotional when Nick mentions that this might be the last night they were together.
Nick expresses how he feels about living with Sandy again,
"Waking up next to you every day, after not waking up next to you every day, is like Christmas literally every day. Like... it's like...Yeah, it's just pretty special. And I was like, wow, I can't ever imagine not having that in my life."
"I think it would be absolutely impossible to replicate what we have together. I don't want to, but, um...I also want you to be happy and feel safe and honored. I think there's a lot more that I can give you to make you feel better and I hope that I get the opportunity to do that moving forward."
He adds as the couple exchanges a kiss on their last night together before the final decision is made.
