Soon after its premiere, Agatha All Along became a popular Marvel series on Disney+. Thanks to Kathryn Hahn and the rest of the cast, whose acting made the magic, humor, and mystery come alive.

As a spin-off, Agatha All Along starts immediately after what happened in WandaVision and changes the storyline to Agatha Harkness and what she goes through after being under the spell of Wanda Maximoff.

The show delves into Agatha's attempts to free herself and reclaim her powers while adding new magical aspects with the Witches' Road. During an appearance on Mythical Kitchen’s Last Meals series, Hahn shed light on the iconic witch and how mythology shaped her understanding of the role.

The actress said:

"I do feel her very, she's like one of the parts I felt the most kindred spirit with, you know, they call Hecate, this Greek creature that contains the maiden, mother, crone..."

She continued:

"And the crone is, of course, the most wise, the most, doesn't mean need a man at all. She's the one that they all kind of look up to."

Kathryn Hahn explains that Agatha embodies a fiercely independent spirit. She also mentions how the witch has a son without any male involvement, which she finds symbolic of a witch’s autonomy.

When it comes to the latest hit MCU projects, Agatha All Along definitely earns a spot on the list. The series follows Agatha, her coven, and Teen (later revealed to be Billy Maximoff) on a journey to the mysterious Witches' Road, where each of them faces a trial.

The series switched between different realities, making each encounter unpredictable. As previously mentioned, Kathryn Hahn spoke highly of the MCU character and added:

"So I feel like in this show, I was walking through all these portals to her cronehood, and that was, it was like each, each trial was another, like, lesson of letting your youth go kind of in a way."

The Studio star also highlighted her cast members, including incredible actors and members of the LGBTQ+ community, especially fan-adored Joe Locke. Hahn calls her group "scrappy," that aren't often included in MCU projects.

Is there an Agatha All Along Season 2?

Sadly, no. The WandaVision spin-off won't have another season, as the story was beautifully wrapped up in just one chapter. Additionally, MCU TV series usually don't go beyond one season, and Agatha All Along is no exception.

However, Kathryn Hahn loves her character and said (via TVLine):

"Am I personally done with playing this witch? No."

The actress also mentioned the upcoming Vision series, which will reunite fans with Wanda's beloved husband, Vision. The new show will dive deep into his journey.
