90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 7's third episode aired on Friday, September 20, 2024. The third episode, Sound and the Fury featured one of the key conversations. It was between Chidi, 34, visually impaired, and Rayne, 38, a chicken farmer.
Rayne went to Nigeria to see her five-and-a-half-year online partner, Chidi. After their first meeting, Chidi wanted to share his views about how he wanted to move forward with their relationship. He wanted to share his celibacy vows with Rayne so that the duo would not have any confusion about the same.
Before going to bed at night, Chidi came to wish Rayne goodnight. After he shared about his vows and told Rayne what he wanted to do, Rayne shared in the confessional,
"I am trying to be respectful, but I gotta admit, I totally feel rejected. Seven thousand miles and five and a half years later, he's putting two doors between us. That hurts. That's like stabbing me in the heart."

One of the show's couples is Chidi from Nigeria and Rayne from New Mexico. After getting to know each other "online" and falling in love, Rayne decided to come to see Chidi, who lost his eyesight when he was 17 after a series of accidents.
On Rayne's first night in Nigeria, after she met with Chidi, he wanted to share his celibacy vows with Rayne.
Chidi initiated the conversation at night before going to bed in separate rooms.
"I have something to tell you. If there is anything I crave and pray for everyday is we sleep together with you, wake up together with you, but I believe it should be done at the right time. So, I'm not sleeping on the same bed with you and in the same room with you. Hope you understand."
Despite nodding "yes" to what Chidi had just mentioned, Rayne did not agree with what he was suggesting. Chidi added that,
"Before I bid good night, I want to make something point clear to you. Even as I sleep in that bed, my spirit, my thought is still with you."
90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star, Rayne confessed that she was trying to be "respectful."
"I’ll let him have his space, but I'm hoping that he just needs some time to adjust to me being around because I didn't come all the way over here just for me to be alone," shared Rayne.
However, she felt that she was "rejected." She mentioned that she felt hurt and "like stabbing me" in the heart.
