Netflix recently released Love is Blind UK finale episodes 10 and 11 on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. The platform released two finale episodes of the social experiment, the eleventh of which featured Freddie and Catherine’s wedding ceremony.
Freddie’s sister, Betsy-Dora, and brother, Jack, came to see him right before he got ready. While they discussed how Freddie found Catherine through the experiment and how his life could be with his soon-to-be wife, his sister offered some advice.
"There is a lot to consider, but you just stay true to yourself, and whatever your decision is, we 100% support it. Mostly, we just want you both to be happy," shared Freddie’s sister, Betsy-Dora.
Love is Blind UK: Freddie's sister offers a word of advice before the ceremony
Before the ceremony in the Love is Blind UK episode 11, the bride and the groom were given separate suites to get ready, and later, their friends and family members joined them to see how they were doing. To see Freddie, his siblings Betsy-Dora and Jack were there. His sister shared that it felt a bit "surreal."
"There is like, complete mixed emotions from me. I’m like, happy and anxious and stuff as well. So God knows how you’re feeling," shared Betsy-Dora.
Freddie replied that it would be a beautiful day and a celebration of what they had achieved. He added that, without the experiment, he would never have met Catherine and that they could now spend the rest of their lives together.
Freddie’s sister, Betsy-Dora, wanted to tell him something. However, she added that she didn’t want her advice to "influence" anything or even change Freddie’s mind.
"I just want you to take it on board. And me as your sister, I just want to tell you. I do worry that you are on different pages. She’s a lovely girl. I don’t know. She’s just different to you," shared Betsy-Dora.
Freddie confessed that he loved Catherine and that there were some differences between them. He mentioned how he would prefer to stay at home and watch the television, whilst Catherine preferred to go out and, as she called it, do "bougie things."
He also expressed his concerns about Catherine's attempt to portray herself as what she thought Freddie wanted in a girl. Betsy-Dora also shared that she had a big knot in her stomach, and she thought that was why she had been quite anxious that day.
The Love is Blind UK star said that he and Catherine have a "really strong" connection and knew they could grow together and become even stronger.
Betsy-Dora offered her advice to Freddie and told him to stay true to himself. She added that no matter what decision Freddie took, they would support it, as all they wanted was for both Freddie and Catherine to be happy.
