Star Jennifer Coolidge wants her character Tanya to get justice in The White Lotus Season 3

Jennifer Coolidge, who was on the first two seasons of The White Lotus, has expressed her wishes regarding season 3. Coolidge played the role of Tanya McQuoid in seasons 1 & 2 of the show. In season 2, Tanya's husband Greg (Gary in The White Lotus Season 3) had plotted her murder by tasking a group of gay men to kill her. Tanya managed to escape the group of men but unfortunately died by falling off a yacht into the sea.

Jennifer Coolidge was praised for her portrayal of the heiress Tanya McQuoid in the first two seasons of The White Lotus and won two Emmys for her performance on the show. While she is quite dead in season 3, Coolidge, in an interview with Deadline said:

"I don’t have a take on this. No one is giving me any information about how this is gonna go down... I mean, I’m praying there’s some justice for Tanya. You know, Greg was a creep. He needs to go down. But I just think it continues to be really interesting, really dark and then we all have to talk about it afterwards. I think it’s a really good sign."

What does Jennifer Coolidge want to see in The White Lotus Season 3?

Jennifer Coolidge's character Tanya McQuoid had suffered from her relationship with a man who was after her money and then died tragically. Greg Hunt had pretended to be in love with Tanya and married her so that he could somehow acquire her inheritance. Tanya is not coming back to the show, but Coolidge is watching The White Lotus Season 3 like a viewer who does not know how the season will end but would like to see Greg punished for his actions.

Greg Hunt is back in season 3 as Gary and Jennifer Coolidge's wish might just come true. Belinda Lindsey, who was a spa manager in Season 1 and knew Tanya and Greg from their visit to Hawaii, is back in The White Lotus Season 3. She recognizes Gary as Greg and even asks him about Tanya. But he pretends to not know her. Belinda gets suspicious and soon finds out that authorities in Italy are looking for Gary in relation to Tanya's death. She tells Fabian, who does nothing about it, but there is still hope.

Many theories suggest that Belinda is going to get killed this season, but nothing has been confirmed. Since she knows what Gary may have done, maybe the truth will come to light and Gary will be punished for his crime and Tanya will get justice.

The White Lotus Season 3 episodes come out every Sunday at 9 pm ET/PT on HBO and Max.
