Netflix's Selling Sunset Season 8 was recently released, and the first episode introduced a new agent, Alanna Gold. The 31-year-old agent is from Nobleton, Canada, and joined the cast with three years of real estate world experience.
The broker's open, featured on the show's second episode, saw many listing agents and guests attend. While the guests explored the Manhattan Beach property during the event, Selling Sunset cast members and their bosses, Jason and Brett, talked about newly joined agent Alanna Gold.
Alanna joined the real-estate show's cast this season and seemed to be settling well at her new workplace. During the broker's opening, she took the opportunity to meet the agent(s) she hadn't met yet. Seeing her taking such initiatives, her fellow experienced agents saw it as a good sign.
When The Oppenheim Group's co-owners, twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim, learned of this, they were also impressed.
"I think she just presents herself well. Sophisticated, intelligent, ambitious," shared Jason Oppenheim.
Selling Sunset Season 8 cast discusses new real estate agent Alanna Gold
Selling Sunset Season 8 Episode 2 featured the broker's open, which many listing agents from Los Angeles and The Oppenheim Group realtors attended. Among all the agents from The O Group was Alanna Gold, the newly joined agent.
The episode featured fellow agents sharing their views about how Alanna has been working with them. While guests and fellow agents were exploring the house at the broker's open, Alanna learned about another agent, Bre Tiesi, whom she hadn't met yet. Hence, she was looking for Bre and asking fellow realtors where she could find her.
Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan mentioned that Bre had "dark black hair" and that she was wearing a blue suit. Alanna then met Bre, who asked her how things were going since she joined.
Selling Sunset star Alanna mentioned that things have been good since she joined. Hearing about things being "all good," Bre joked and told Alanna that it was because no one had "come for her" yet, and they laughed.
Seeing Alanna getting to know more people and exploring fellow agents, Emma and Chrishell talked about how Alanna has been "taking the initiative."
Later, Jason and Brett Oppenheim joined Emma and Chrishell, and they all continued the discussion the latter two were having.
"Alanna's got, like, a good vibe. She's really sweet. I feel like she's got a quiet confidence that's gonna be good for the office. I really like her," shared Chrishell.
The O Group co-owner, Jason, described Alanna as "Sophisticated, intelligent, and ambitious."
After her first meeting with Bre, Alanna explored the property with her. Meanwhile, Brett mentioned Alanna owning "some town" in the desert, which surprised everyone.
Even Jason didn't know about it, and they all discussed how much owning a town could cost. The cast members continued their discussion and eventually asked Alanna how much her town cost.
