Netflix recently aired The Circle Season 7's second batch of episodes, including episodes 5 to 8. The reality competition's fifth episode, Circle Wedding Crashers, featured an exciting turn of events, including many participants getting to know each other. The episode also saw a "secret profile swap," which made things even more complicated yet exciting.
The Circle Season 7 Episode 5 saw newly joined participant Garrett form a genuine connection with Jadejha. After they shared a bit about themselves and their fitness journey, Garrett got emotional. Jadejha also felt she found "a friend" in Garrett.
"I just solidified a bond with Jadejha that makes me feel like, even after just one short chat, I’ve got a friend for life," confessed Garret.
The Circle Season 7 Episode 5: Garret and Jadejha's "emotional" private chat
The fifth episode featured Jadejha's interest in talking to Garret to form new connections and alliances. Seeing a private chat request from Jadejha, Garret confessed,
"This is my chance to build a connection with somebody who I felt connected to before I even had the chance to talk."
Jadejha initiated the conversation and asked Garret how he was feeling.
"Good morning GORGEOUS! In the gym, working out the stress from yesterday. What about you?" messaged Garret.
They were expecting each other to share some insight about "other players." Jadejha then talked more about Garret's "fitness journey." The Circle star mentioned that she also did "some yoga."
Seeing Jadejha interested in sharing more and discussing his "fitness" journey, Garret felt good as he also wanted to connect to other players on a "deep" level.
Garret then shared how he went through some "bad habits" and how he had "disordered eating."
Jadejha then shared,
"I had a feeling there was more to it. I was always told that I should eat more or I looked sick. So, I started working out to change that. It really messed with me mentally on top of the stress I had going on at home."
She added,
"I was homeless for a period of time before I went to a group home. I knew I couldn’t go back to the different forms of abuse and violence I grew up around. #ButImStillHere."
While reading her messages, Garret couldn't help and got emotional. On the other hand, Jadejha confessed to the cameras that she wanted to "open up" to Garret and share her story.
"Sometimes I just wanna give, like, younger me a hug, you know? ‘Cause damn, girl, we went through it," confessed Jadejha.
Garret, who was still emotional, told Jadejha that seeing a "strong, successful, positive woman" overcome all of that, he couldn't imagine the strength it took Jadejha.
"Nothing I’ve been through can compare, but I’ll always be here for you in and out of The Circle."
Jadejha felt like it was "one of those conversations" where "you just wanna look out" for someone because of everything they've been through.
Jadejha also confessed that Garret had a friend "in Jadejha" and knew she also had a friend "in Garret."
