Love Never Lies: South Africa finally came to an end this week, and Munaka & Gontse turned out to be the most truthful couple in the lot, taking home a huge cash prize of R720,000.
On the final episode of Love Never Lies: South Africa, each couple reunited to find out the final EyeDetect question asked to their partners and how they responded to that. Each couple was put to the final test for one last time.
When Clayton & Wilfred got on stage, they didn't seem to let go of each other after being away for so long. Though the couple went through a lot of ups and downs during their time on Love Never Lies: South Africa, they clearly are in love with each other.
Love Never Lies: South Africa - Clayton and Wilfred Embrace Commitment and a Fresh Start
While Wilfred was asked if he was ready to accept Clayton's flirtatious nature, he replied with a 'Yes". As soon as the lie detector declared his answer a truth, Clayton held his hand to give him assurance about the future,
"It-It doesn't even need to be a yes. Because I won't do anything that like, makes him feel any type of way. I won't flirt with people, because it's me and you now. The biggest thing that I've learned is that I love Wilfred. And that I'm ready to let my guard down."
Listening to Clayton, Wilfred was over the moon and told Love Never Lies: South Africa host that he was ready to meet him halfway.
It was time to find what Wilfred replied to his EyeDetect question,
"Are you ready to settle down with Wilfred?"
Wilfred replied with a "Yes," and no doubt it was a truth. While hugging his partner, Wilfred confessed that he was ready to settle down with Clayton.
"Like if you wanna move in, let's move in."
He added as Clayton started teasing his partner by showing his ring finger. Wilfred playfully asked his lover to marry him, and everybody burst into laughter.
"This is how it is supposed to feel, you know. It feels...It feels like home, most definitely."
The couple added as they bid adieu to Minnie to have some private time together.
