Michelle Randolph teases heartbreak in 1923 Season 2
Yellowstone prequel 1923 Season 2 will serve as the finale of the series as it was made only to focus on the Dutton family's hardships, and legacy-building in Montana. The second chapter is scheduled to come out tomorrow, February 23, 2025, and will take viewers back to the time when the Duttons were still fighting to protect the ranch.
As mentioned above, actress Michelle Randolph is also returning for the finale and teased a heartbreak. However, this isn't the first time the Landman actress has talked about 1923 and her character as she previously said in an interview (via ScreenRant):
"It's gonna be a really great season... I just read straight through the scripts, and I think people are going to be very sad that they can't binge-watch the season because every episode leaves you on the edge of your seat."
Michelle, who made headlines for playing Ainsley in Sheridan's Landman has confirmed that 1923 Season 2 will bring even more intense drama, emotional turmoil, and intriguing developments.
The actress was also asked about one of the biggest questions: whether Elizabeth is directly connected to Kevin Costner’s Yellowstone character to which she preferred staying tight-lipped. Randolph does not want to give fans any spoilers as Season 2 has almost arrived.
As for the story in the final season of the prequel, Spencer Dutton will be seen on a perilous journey back home while Alexandra is on a quest to reunite with him and rekindle their love. The Duttons' survival has become increasingly difficult, and they must risk their lives to save the ranch.
