The Percy Jackson And The Olympians series on Disney+ received a massive update on the evening of March 14, 2025. Percy Jackson author Rick Riordan's official blog confirmed that a season 3 based on the third book in the series, The Titan's Curse is officially greenlit. Other than formally green-lighting Percy Jackson And The Olympians Season 3, the official release window for Season 2 was also revealed.

Like the first season, Percy Jackson And The Olympians Season 2 will begin streaming on Disney+ in December 2025 and conclude in January 2026. The second season will revolve around Percy and Annabeth's adventure to The Sea of Monsters to find the Golden Fleece. The said mythical fleece can help in healing the poisoned Thalia’s tree, which reinforces the protective magical barriers to keep monsters out of Camp Half-Blood.

The two children of Hades play a huge role in the Percy Jackson book series, having fans excited for the show.
