Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary has shared an insightful video clip on his Instagram, where he reveals a straightforward yet powerful method to boost productivity. In this video, he aims to guide his followers through a simple hack.
Contrary to the belief that enhancing productivity requires rigorous discipline or the latest tech gadgets, O'Leary emphasizes that the solution is much simpler and more accessible.
His productivity hack is rooted in time-tested strategies, and you likely have everything you need right at your fingertips—literally, just a short reach away from your workspace. This old-school approach has proven effective for many, making it a valuable addition to anyone's daily routine.
O'Leary shared an interview clip on Instagram on January 10, 2025, highlighting the importance of jotting down your priority list on the "Sticky Notes." Yes, you read it right. The hack involves those colorful square papers and a pen.
Shark Tank's mentor mentioned that he acquired this hack from a fellow entrepreneur who used to put up a sticky note on her makeup mirror and used to write just "three tasks" a day. He said:
"It's very simple. She takes sticky notes, old tech, yellow sticky notes, and she writes the night before three things she's going to get done before she texts, emails, watches anything, or engages in anything or anybody."
He continued -
"And she puts them on her mirror so when she's putting her makeup on in the morning, they're sitting right there. And she does nothing until she's torn them up. Three things."
Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary aka Mr. Wonderful has found a powerful way to boost his daily "productivity"
If anyone struggles to prioritize their work or organize it to increase its effectiveness, Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary has a personal secret to share. If Kevin O'Leary is vouching for a hack, it must work.
He shared that he has found a colleague using "Sticky notes" to prioritize her three most important tasks via writing, and he has become an ardent follower.
He urges people to try this hack by giving his own example. He said:
"Three things. I do that every day now. Every day. It's powerful. It's really powerful. You know what you haven't finished the evening off, and you simply put the three things down. I swear, it's so corny and so low-tech, but it works."
He added -
"And it makes me so productive because I get those things done before anything else, and they really make my day productive."
