On Selling Sunset Season 8 Episode 5, newly joined real estate agent Alanna Gold planned a trip and invited fellow realtors. During dinner, Nicole shared how fellow realtor Emma Hernan had been going through a "cheating" situation with her husband. Upon hearing this, fellow agents Amanza and Mary suggested not discussing such private matters.
Alanna shared:
"In the future, that any point of mentioning it to anyone is obviously gonna be an issue or is gonna spark questions in people’s heads, and you don’t wanna start planting any little seeds around it."

Later in the episode, Nicole shared that she had heard such "rumors" for quite some time. She added that no one wanted to chime in on such a private matter. On the other hand, Alanna suggested that Nicole should share her concerns directly with their fellow agent, Emma.
"If it was me, personally I would go and talk to Emma directly. I know, obviously this seems like a really tough subject to talk about, but I know if anyone else finds out and it starts going through the grapevine, it's a lot worse than you going directly to the source and to the person and having a one on one conversation with them"
Later in the sixth episode, Nicole told Alanna that she had had some "experiences" in the past, and because of this, she didn't want to discuss things with Emma. According to Nicole, having such "discussions" with The Oppenheim Group realtors had not gone well in the past.
