New Heights co-hosts Travis and Jason Kelce recently discussed the popular game reality show The Traitors on their podcast. Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce, 36, discussed their favorite shows and who would allegedly survive in them.
During the September 25 podcast episode, the Kelce brothers hosted, they discussed The Traitors, the game show. Jason shared that he knew which Kelce brother could "betray" and pass through the alleged murder mystery scenario.
When his brother Travis suggested that Jason could "crush it on Traitors," he thought otherwise.
"But I'm not savvy enough. We did it one time, climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. I was voted…right away they knew. They're like, 'Jason's a traitor' and I was like, 'No I’m not!'" shared Jason Kelce.
Jason and Travis Kelce discuss "The Traitors": Details explored
Fans must know about the popular game show The Traitors, in which participants are divided into two groups—Traitors and Faithful. They are expected to navigate particular scenarios while not revealing their true identity. Simultaneously, they are supposed to look toward revealing other players' identities while solving the mystery.
The latest New Height podcast episode, released September 25, 2024, featured a similar discussion. The podcast hosts, the Kelce brothers, discussed which one could make his way through a "The Traitors-style murder." While Travis suggested that his brother could do it, Jason refused.
"Dude, you would f****** crush it on Traitors," shared Travis Kelce.
On the other hand, Jason, who disagreed with his brother, admitted he would be "terrible" at The Traitors. The reason behind that was that Jason was "an awful liar." However, Travis suggested that being an awful liar could also be used as an "advantage" in the game.
Being an avid show fan, Travis shared more about the game reality show,
"It was funny to see everyone have to defend themselves when the entire table is pointing at them saying they're a traitor...And to see how someone reacts under pressure. I f****** love it. And sometimes people just f****** fold."
After learning more about the show and how one could go through the game, Jason said he was "taking notes." Travis opened up and said that he wanted to "play" the game and that he would play "better" as a "faithful" rather than a "traitor."
Further, on the podcast, Travis and Jason talked about how Travis had been a "lead actor" in an FX original show, then he surely could be "good" as a faithful or even a traitor.
Fans might recall how the popular game show The Traitor's third season details, including the cast members, was revealed a few months ago in June 2024.
The third season of the Emmy-winning reality competition show will feature popular celebrity contestants, including Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause, Tom Sandoval from Vanderpump Rules, and many more.
Fans can stream the first two seasons of The Traitors on Peacock.
