On September 11, 2024, Netflix released its reality social game show, The Circle Season 7. During the show's second episode, fellow competitors Andy, who is originally Heather, and Gianna, JoJo and Nicky's fake persona, interact via "Circle Chats."
Referring to the previous incident where Andy tried to block Gianna from the show, Nicky and JoJo, aka Gianna, were not happy with the outcome. However, later in the episode, "Andy" sends private messages to Gianna, trying to share his side while expecting to stay on good terms with Gianna.
Seeing Gianna ready to give a "second chance," Heather (aka Andy) shared,
"I mean, she could very well be over here like, "Eff this, eff that," "Andy's a piece of shit," but maybe she just wanted to kinda, like, have the same mentality I had coming into this chat of just keeping it clean, keeping it easy. No bad blood yet," shared Andy (aka Heather).
How did Andy and Gianna get over the previous "Circle Blocking" on The Circle Season 7 Episode 2?
The Circle Season 7 Episode 2 featured twin brothers JoJo and Nicky working out while they discussed "second chances." Referring to how their fake persona "Gianna" almost blocked by fellow participant Andy - originally played by Heather, the show host narrated,
"After trying to block her last night, Andy is hoping he could smooth things over with Gianna."
Impersonating Andy on The Circle Season 7, Heather initiated a private chat with Gianna, played by JoJo and Nicky. Andy's first text read,
"Good morning, Gianna! Last night was crazier than any gig I've ever played, and I certainly didn't expect to be in a position of power. I wanted to explain how Savannah and I ended up at the decision we made. I'm sure you're a little upset."
The twins believed that letting Andy share his "explanation" might give them "ammunition," which they could use later in the game.
The twins replied,
"Hey, Andy, I really appreciate you reaching out. Because last night, I was shocked and completely thrown off guard when you two chose to block me. So yes, I would love an explanation."
Later on, Andy explained how he and Savannah tried to save "one player each," and after discussing the rest of the players,
"Then we made the decision that we felt would ruffle the fewest feathers."
Nicky told his twin brother that being an "influencer" on the show's first day might have been "a hard decision."
They wanted to show a "more sympathetic, genuine side" to repair their relationship with Andy, aiming to make Andy "a potential ally." Their next messages were about how Gianna “believes in second chances.”
Heather, aka Andy, thanked Gianna for "understanding" and apologized for how events from the previous night turned out.
