In episode 2 of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, both opened up about their insecurities and shared what bothered them about their previous partners. Aria specified that she was not talking about "physical insecurities" to which Caleb jokingly replied, "Yes, I wasn't going to mention my ears".
Afterward, Caleb shared that his main insecurity was not being able to provide everything he wished for his partner, including financial stability. They both chimed in about the same and reflected that financial stability was crucial for them.
When Caleb asked Aria, she confided in him by saying that she did not want to "depend on a man's paycheck".
She further opened up about her insecurities and said:
"My emotions are too overwhelming for him. I feel like that's why I am hesitant to make decisions on stuff. Like getting married or having kids. I want to be stable in all aspects of my life and that's why I am not happy about the ultimatum."

Scotty and Aria joined the experiment in The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On as Scotty gave Aria an ultimatum for marriage. The couple broke up as per the format of the show and coupled with someone else while discovering what they wanted in their partners. Scotty chose Zaina while Aria bonded with Caleb on their shared sensibility towards marriage, financial stability, and lifestyle.
In episode 3, Aria appreciated Caleb for giving her the space to open up and be herself without being judged. Aria and Caleb both chose each other for the trial marriage as they found each other naturally compatible. Aria expressed her feelings towards Caleb and said in a confessional:
"I am definitely attracted to Caleb’s mind, soul, and spirit. I have never felt so comfortable before with someone within such a short amount of time.”
