Yeun has had an impressive career spanning over two decades, with acting credits in both films and television series. His breakthrough role came as Glenn Rhee on The Walking Dead, after which he became a fan-favorite. This led to further collaborations with Robert Kirkman including his role as the voice of the protagonist of Invincible, Mark Grayson.

With over ten voice-acting projects to his name, Yeun has built a strong presence in the world of animated films and shows. Apart from that, he has also appeared in popular shows such as The Big Bang Theory, Law and Order, American Dad!, and Beef. His portrayal of Danny Cho in Netflix's Beef earned him two Primetime Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe, marking it as the biggest achievement of his career yet.

Yeun's acting chops also got him an Academy Award nomination, making him the first Asian-American actor to be nominated for the same. Currently, he continues to voice Grayson in Invincible and is rumored to be involved in its live-action adaptation.

In an interview with Screen Rant, Yeun addressed the idea of a potential feature in the live-action Invincible film, stating,

"Well, I am 40. Yeah, we’ll see. I love working with Robert. That comic is so great, and it goes so long and so deep. So, I’m excited to see that play itself out. Right now, we’re having a lot of fun making this show. Live-action — who knows?"

The Minari actor last appeared in the Academy winning director's film, Mickey 17, which featured Robert Pattinson as its protagonist. His upcoming projects include the Avatar: The Last Airbender sequel film and Ben Affleck's Animals.

Invincible is available to stream on Prime Video.
