Snoop Dogg and Michael Buble have joined Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani as the two new coaches. The show premiered on September 23 and released the first blind audition night episode on NBC at 8/7c.

It is going to be a different experience for the rapper Snoop Dogg to convince the artists to join his team and coach them for the rest of the season. In the blind auditions, the artists perform, and the judges face the audience instead of the artist, and they turn around pressing the buzzer, only if they like the artist and want him or her on their team.

For Snoop Dogg, this a was first-time experience and he shared with NBC Insider how it felt to live those first jitters as a debut coach. He said:

"My strategy was to look, listen and learn. First of all, I'm glad they didn't make me go first. They made me go, like, second or third, so I was able to watch the other Coaches and see some of the things that they did.

"I could add some Snoop-ism to the situation, as far as my conversation and my lingo, to the Artist to try to get them to come home.”

Another coach to debut this season Michael Buble said it would be tricky for him to convince the artists as he was not very good at it. But he will resort to humor and honesty. Reba, who has returned for the third time as the coach said:

"It’s not how they look or how they sound, it's what we feel when they're performing. Are we inspired? Do we feel something? I will turn in a heartbeat for somebody that makes me feel something—cry, or laugh—but I've got to feel something."

Gwen Stefani admitted that she was more like Buble when she joined but she added, 'Man, I learned from the best', by saying that she acquired this talent from a former coach of The Voice, Adam Levine.
