ABC recently aired Claim to Fame Season 3 with a two-part finale and crowned Adam the winner. His celebrity relative, renowned singer Michael Bolton, was revealed as Adam's uncle during the show's finale.
Along with the winner's title, Adam won the cash prize of $100,000, which, as he shared during his recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, "was spent." Adam revealed that he bought his father a truck during his August 29, 2024, interview. He shared,
"I got him a hybrid truck, and that way, he can help mom get to her doctor's appointments. And for me, this is a journey of self-discovery. I'm 40 years old now. I had such an incredible experience, and I have this new family of castmates."
Claim to Fame Season 3: Adam shared his journey, prize money, and his uncle's health
ABC premiered Claim to Fame Season 3 on July 10, 2024, with 11 competitors in a race to win $100,000. Recently, the show’s finale aired on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, and announced Adam, Michael Bolton’s nephew, as the winner.
Along with Adam, the finalists were Mackenzie and Hud, who were eliminated, making Adam the winner. In his interview, Adam recently shared with Entertainment Weekly how his time on Claim to Fame Season 3 had been a "journey of self-discovery."
Adam also shared that it was an incredible experience for him and that he found a "new family" among his cast mates. When Adam was asked about the prize money and how he would spend it, the Claim to Fame star had a quick answer.
"The money is spent. I bought my father a truck. He's just an amazing man. He taught me how to be a good person. He gives everything to everybody and always has."
Sharing more about his celebrity relative, Michael Bolton, Adam said that his uncle was the strongest person he knew and that he was "determined." Fans might remember Adam mentioning his uncle's brain surgery in his winning speech. Talking about that, Adam revealed that his uncle was getting better.
"He (Michael Bolton) is well and recovering very well."
During the interview, Adam also discussed his organization, Musical Intervention, and how it was the main reason he came on the show. He added that it is a "sober environment," and they provide recording, coffee, and food "for free" for people. Adam also described the organization as a "safe haven" for everyone to express themselves.
