The pods on Love is Blind: Germany have become the perfect space for the participants to share their stories and exchange meaningful conversations in their journey to find true love. During one of her dates with Pascal, a 32-year-old IT project manager, Shella, a 28-year-old student and model, gets vulnerable and shares her experience from her past relationships.
Love is Blind: Germany is a show where people ready to get married get into deep conversations to find love based on their personality. They only get to see their date when they propose to them for marriage. Then, they test their bond in the real world, with several distractions involved in their perfect equation.
Love is Blind: Germany Shella opens up about her past relationship on a date with Pascal
On one of their dates on Love is Blind: Germany, when Pascal opens up about finding it difficult to show his vulnerable side to people, Shella too reveals how, for her, it depends on who is on the other side of the table, if she can trust that person. Further, as Pascal questions, if she believes she has made not-so-good choices in the past, Shella agrees and talks about her previous relationship.
"I completely ignore my gut feeling. And that was a mistake."
She further opens up to the cameras.
"Well, in the past, I've come, um, across a lot of, yeah, infidelity in relationships. And, um...so, yeah, that wasn't very nice."
"For me, it's really important whether a relationship with a more normal man, let's put it that way...is actually sustainable, replies Pascal.
Love is Blind: Germany star further talks about what she likes in a man.
"If he can show me that he really likes me, that he loves me, and, um...is able to express himself emotionally, you know? I really like that."
"I think what I need is someone who is a little more emotional than me, let's say. I need someone who can get me to that level of openness too." Pascal expresses to Shella.
What happened with Shella and Pascal in the pods?
Though sharing a strong connection with Pascal, Shella is also leaning towards her bond with Fabio. However, Fabio too has another connection in the pods with Alberta. As the show progresses, the situation gets twisted as Shella and Alberta confront each other about their feelings for Love is Blind: Germany's Fabio.
After an intense argument and emotional breakdown, Alberta declares she might leave the experiment altogether. Shella decides to put an end to this love triangle by saying yes to Pascal's proposal.
