"I grew up in a middle-income family, and because of the political situation in my country a lot of us found times when our parents didn't have money. Financial security was something that I always aimed for, and because of my upbringing I promised myself never to need anybody financially."

The Dubai Bling sensation, Zeina Khoury, let on a few details about the show and how the audience perceives it, on being asked how accurately everything is portrayed on screen. Khoury said those who believe that the show misrepresents the city are partially mistaken.

The owner of "I Am the Company" explained that the show revolves around a specific bunch of people. Those people represent a part of the city, though Dubai is more than just that. She shared a personal anecdote about how she came to the city with $300 but eventually set up a million-dollar business.

Khoury called Dubai "the land of opportunity", adding that if someone is willing to work hard, they can find themselves in the middle of a fortune in the city.

The Dubai Bling star explained:

"The moral of the story is I did come to Dubai with 300 dollars. I stayed with my brother. I started working in a real estate company with this development after I was rejected by another one, which pushed me to be adamant about being in the real estate industry."

Dubai Bling Season 3 is streaming on Netflix.
