90 Day Fiance: The Last Resort's fourth episode aired on December 23, 2024 on TLC. The recently released episode featured Natalie opening up to the psychotherapist James about her trauma.
The reality show features couples including Gino-Jasmine, Natalie-Josh, Stacey-Florian, Julia-Brandon, Ari-Bini, and Sophie-Rob. One of the couples, Natalie and Josh, faced different situations on the show. While spending time at 90 Day Fiance: The Last Resort, the cast members also go through various therapy sessions.
One of the cast members, Natalie, had a session with psychotherapist James during the recent episode. She mentioned how she had to "fight" for love and wanted to "prove" how she deserved to be loved.
When James suggested that Natalie should open up and share how she felt, the female cast member revealed:
"I don't deserve to be loved, and I have to fight for love. I have to prove I deserve to be loved."

90 Days Fiance: The Last Resort Season 2 Episode 4 featured one of the participants, Natalie, opening up to the psychotherapist James. She confessed how she loved herself and started to understand that she deserved to be "cared for" and "loved."
The official synopsis for the fourth episode reads:
"Natalie gets to the root of her issues when Josh leaves the resort; s*x therapy exposes truths and reveals secret fantasies that bring some couples together and divides others; Jasmine opens up about a solution for her and Gino's s*xless marriage."
While opening up to the therapist, the 90 Day Fiance: The Last Resort star also said that she felt "good" and "hopeful" after her session with James.
Later, James revealed Natalie's childhood traumas to the cameras, adding that they were the cause of her recent behavior with Josh and other issues.
"I feel Natalie needs to do significant work on past childhood traumas and how that affects her behaviors today. In order for her to have a healthy relationship with Josh, I feel like there needs to be more communication, a stronger connection between the two of them, and hopes that will facilitate more commitment," shared James.
Referring to what Natalie said about wanting to be "loved" and "cared for," James said that this was "not unreasonable" at all.
The female cast member expressed that she was ready and willing to do everything she could to change her beliefs. She also mentioned that she needed to "build" trust with Josh and their relationship.
The 90 Day Fiance: The Last Resort star also stated that she and Josh both "struggled" to move past their issues.
