The 17th episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 7 was released on December 22, 2024, on TLC. The latest episode of the reality show featured Tigerlily and Adnan, where the couple revealed the pregnancy news. Adnan talked about how his religion allows men to marry multiple times if they are unable to have kids.
To that, Tigerlily responded that, in a funny way, that she might "kill Adnan."
"How would you like to die, honey?" asked Tigerlily.

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 7 Episode 17 aired on TLC on December 22, 2024. Before the episode aired, TLC aired a clip containing the couple Tigerlily and Adnan talking about having kids and getting married multiple times.
In a clip aired by the show, the male cast member reveals how, according to his religion, men can have "multiple wives."
Referring to the people who are unable to have kids and are allowed to get married to more than one female, Adnan mentioned:
"Like a person, like, can get two wife. Or three wife, or four wife."
Listening to this from her husband, Tigerlily was not happy. Hence, she joked about killing Adnan for such thoughts that he shared with her.
As shown in the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 7 Episode 17, Tigerlily mentioned that the couple's earlier trip, which she referred to as a "baby-making" trip to Turkey, was a "success." After their trip, she returned to the US, while Adnan didn't because he had still been waiting for his spousal visa.
On the other hand, Tigerlily took a pregnancy test, which was positive. However, she didn't share the good news with Adnan right away. Referring to that, the female cast member told the cameras that:
"It's not something that you tell someone on the phone."
Hence, she planned a trip to see her husband, Adnan. Fans might already know how Adnan is still waiting for his spousal visa to be approved; only then can he live with Tigerlily in the US.
For that, the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star confessed:
"I just hope he gets his spousal visa approved as soon as possible because how am I going to do this alone?"
Tigerlily later mentioned that she hoped Adnan would get his visa approval soon. She admitted that she was "thrilled" to find out she was pregnant "so quickly." She also mentioned that she couldn't wait for Adnan to "join her" at her home in the US on her "pregnancy journey."
