In a recent video shared on November 23, Gordon Ramsay invited actor Matthew McConaughey to join him in the kitchen for a fun cooking session. The pair were set to make a delicious steak and eggs dish. However, the real star of the video wasn’t the food, it was the playful banter between the two.

Ramsay introduced McConaughey, saying,

“Right, I’m with chef Matthew McConaughey cooking a beautiful steak and eggs.”

McConaughey joked,

“And I’ve been eating it. There’s not as much left as there was before.”

The clip, posted on Instagram, was a teaser for a longer video on Ramsay’s YouTube channel. In the full video, Ramsay and McConaughey worked together to cook a ribeye steak and eggs, with McConaughey asking Ramsay for some cooking tips along the way.

But then, Ramsay turned the tables on McConaughey, asking for advice on how to deliver one of his most famous lines from the movie Dazed and Confused.

“How do you get the voice so grainy?”

Ramsay asked, referring to McConaughey’s iconic delivery.

McConaughey, with a grin, gave Ramsay some acting tips:

“Lean your head back, put your hand on the steering wheel, and imagine you’re driving on the last day of school, picking up a good-looking lady.”

With McConaughey's guidance, Ramsay gave it a try and perfectly mimicked the famous line:

“Alright, alright, alright.”

Fans were thrilled to see the duo's chemistry, but despite the video being about cooking, the comments section on Instagram was flooded with fans swooning over McConaughey. The food was almost forgotten as the fans couldn’t stop talking about the actor.

This fun cooking collaboration between Gordon Ramsay and Matthew McConaughey was a hit, but it seems that fans couldn’t resist being more captivated by the actor's charm than the meal being prepared.
