What we know about Boyfriend On Demand

The comedy series will revolve around a webtoon producer who uses a subscription-based virtual reality dating program to find romance. Jisoo will portray the lead role of the creative professional named Seo Mi-rae, who turns to virtual reality to find love.

Due to her work schedule, Seo Mi-rae finds it hard to make time for romance, but all that changes when she comes upon a device called ‘Monthly Boyfriend’. The virtual reality world brings her the perfect suitors to date. She goes on to experience whirlwind romance with unrealistically flawless men.

Park Kyeong-nam, played by Seo In-Guk, is Mi-rae’s rival webtoon producer whose glacial personality comes with a layer of mystery. The workplace series is expected to bring in heart-fluttering romance and comical moments.
