Prime Video's Bosch: Legacy introduced fans to Harry Bosch, a former LAPD detective who transitions into a private investigator. Harry's career shift leads to unexpected alliances and situations as he starts taking on unique cases.

Bosch: Legacy Season 1 started with Harry accepting a significant case when billionaire Whitney Vance retains him to find a potential heir to his massive wealth. Meanwhile, his daughter Maddie starts as a new cop in the LAPD.

Throughout the series, Harry experiences a few obstacles in life and eventually embarks on a mission to save Maddie during Season 2. The investigator also deals with a murder case that is very complicated and multi-layered.

Following the show's success, Prime Video is all set to release Bosch: Legacy Season 3 on March 27, 2025. Interestingly, the final chapter will introduce a few new faces, as The Boys star Miles Gaston Villanueva has secured a recurring role.

Not only this, ABC's long-running medical drama Grey's Anatomy star Jeremy Glazer has also joined the cast of Season 3 as a councilman. These additions to the series last season promise to offer fresh dynamics.

The journey of Harry Bosch is finally winding up with Bosch: Legacy Season 3 as the series will not go beyond the third chapter. Adapted from two of Michael Connelly's books Desert Star and The Black Ice, the final season will consist of just ten episodes packed with drama and high-stakes missions.

As seen in the earlier seasons, Harry works on various crimes, and in Bosch: Legacy Season 3, he's going to be struggling with a missing family. In the meanwhile, another protagonist Honey Chandler throws her hat in for District Attorney of Los Angeles and Harry's daughter will once more get herself into trouble.

As for the cast, Jeremy Glazer (Rust Creek), Miles Gaston Villanueva (The Young and the Restless), Orla Brady (Mistresses), Michael Reilly Burke (My All American), and a few more have joined as newcomers.

Author Michael Connelly expressed his gratitude for the television adaptation and said:

"What an amazing run it has been. I could not have asked for a better cinematic adaptation of my work."

He added:

"Led by Titus Welliver and showrunners Eric Overmyer and Tom Bernardo, and a great partnership with Amazon MGM Studios, I think we defined the start of the streaming era with the best detective show ever."

Connelly not only acknowledged MGM Studios but also mentioned lead actor Titus Welliver and the showrunners for their contribution.
