Shark Tank investor Lori Greiner actively shares ideas and suggestions for budding entrepreneurs and seasoned players. Recently she opened up about three mistakes a newcomer or a budding entrepreneur could commit while starting up. She shared he thoughts via an Instagram post on December 7, 2024.

The video was captioned "Top 3 biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make when starting out…", and Lori Greiner listed three blunders along with a better alternative that new entrepreneurs can opt for, according to Greiner the first mistake is "hiring too big of a staff".

Greiner explained that during the initial days, the entrepreneur should focus on necessary things that will make them more efficient by telling them to "stay lean and mean".

The second mistake that entrepreneurs make is "too much inventor". Greiner mentioned that the biggest con with this problem is that entrepreneurs do not have enough places to sell which leads to their capital getting stuck and advises the founders "Don't do it". Third and the last mistake according to Greiner is buying a big office.

Greiner suggested the easiest way out of this problem and that is to work from home. Rather than spending capital on office property, the money could be well utilized for other important things.

Shark Tank's judge Lori Greiner has listed three "must dos" for her audiences who wish to venture into the world of business. Greiner shared the following piece of information via a video on Instagram on November 26, 2024.

Greiner emphasized that one must be hands-on with every facet of their business and know everything out there. Greiner focused on learning as much as one can about their business.

She then continued and listed the second thing which is to do thorough research about the business and find out whether it is necessary or not. Lastly, she mentioned that one should always goal to be "successful" and not a millionaire. Greiner emphasized working hard towards your goal, keeping in mind that success is what you are chasing not money.

"Money should not be what drives you. What drives you should be being successful and making your business the best thing it could be. The money will come if you do these three things."
