According to the latest reports, Helen Mirren from 1923 has praised her co-star in the Yellowstone spin-off and Indiana Jones icon, Harrison Ford. She went on describing his evolution in acting over the years and how "absolutely unafraid of expressing" the 82-year-old star has become, per ScreenRant.

Recently, Mirren has talked about Ford's changes, especially recalling moments from the filming days of 1923. She said that Harrison Ford never wanted to be the "big star" he is now but rather be himself, like the "quiet person" in the room. Helen Mirren has praised his transformation, calling it "magical". Her exact words were:

"He was a huge star and he really didn’t want to be. He wanted to just be a quiet person getting on with life, and of course, that’s kind of impossible. Something rather magical has happened to Harrison, especially with his history of, you know, being the dude, the bloke, the fabulous action guy, the funny guy, the cool guy. "

Harrison Ford is set to play President Ross aka the Red Hulk in the upcoming Marvel movie, Captain America: Brave New World alongside Anthony Mackie. He has also done notable work in franchises like Star Wars and Indiana Jones - playing the lead role in the latter.

The star recently received applause from Helen Mirren who has opened up about the star's changes throughout his acting years. Mirren is known to play the role of Cara Dutton while Ford takes the lead alongside her as Jacob Dutton, Cara's husband - two major personalities of the Dutton family in Paramount's 1923.

Per ScreenRant, Mirren mentioned in a statement to the Wall Street Journal, saying:

"Now there’s this open road to his inner feelings, which he is absolutely unafraid of expressing. It’s just a true, quick, instinctive emotional reaction to things, without sentimentality."

In the interview with the Wall Street Journal, Helen Mirren also talked about how Harrison Ford reflected on his near-fatal accident back in 2015 while shooting an intense sequence for 1923.

The scene involves Jacob Dutton (played by Ford) being moved to the kitchen, all smeared with blood. Per ScreenRant, Ford told Mirren how the 2015 plane crash affected him in ways. As per Mirren's statements, Ford said:

"That was how I was after the accident."

This he mentioned comparing his situation while shooting the bloody scene for 1923 to an almost decade-old incident. Ford reportedly pointed out similarities between the sequence's gravity and how he and his family were affected back then by his near-death experience.
