Netflix aired a special Love is Blind UK reunion episode on Monday, August 26, 2024. It featured all the couples, singles, and some of the pod squad participants, along with the hosts Emma and Matt Willis. Among the participants were the married couple Jasmine and Bobby.
During the Love is Blind UK reunion, when the hosts discussed how things were between Jasmine and Bobby, Emma asked Jasmine’s mother, Marisa, whether Bobby got her "seal of approval."
Jasmine’s mother, Marisa, responded,
"110%."
Jasmine and Bobby seemed quite happy, as seen in the video clips featured during the show's reunion episode.

The show's reunion episode featured Love is Blind UK stars along with their friends and family members. Jasmine and Bobby’s family members were also present in the audience.
When the co-host of the Love is Blind UK reunion, Matt asked how’s everything between them, Bobby replied,
"It’s been amazing. Best year of my life so far. I can’t speak for Jasmine, but judging by her smile, she’s feeling the same."
Jasmine smiled and agreed with what Bobby was saying. Emma turned to Bobby and asked,
"Now, Bobby, we’ve gotta talk about Marisa because there was a point where she said she wasn’t sure whether you would be able to provide for Jasmine. How hard was that for you to hear?"
Bobby shared that, at the time, Jasmine’s mother didn’t know him, and she was worried about Jasmine and may have been "overprotective." He also shared that, in his case, it added a bit of extra pressure for himself, but “in a good way.”
Matt asked Jasmine how she didn’t "really get" her mother’s approval for the wedding and whether it was hard because Jasmine had been quite close to her mother.
"I mean, I love my mom. I had to kind of be honest with myself. And I knew in my gut that I was making the right decision, despite doubts around me. Of course, there’s always gonna be doubts."
Love is Blind UK star continued,
"But if we kind of follow through with doubts every single time, we could miss out on something so perfect and special. And I could have missed out. So I’m glad I went with my heart, you know, made the right decision."
Emma then asked Jasmine’s mother, Marisa, who was present in the audience, whether Bobby got her "seal of approval" then. Marisa smiled and said, "110%."
Upon hearing this from Jasmine’s mom, Emma cheered for the couple and the newly married bride’s mother, who approved them.
