Brad hatches a plan in Mythic Quest Season 4 Episode 6
The episode starts with a five-month-long conversation between Dana and Brad, where she tells him about Twilight Forest, her new game idea. However, because of her ironclad contract with David, she cannot make money with her new idea.
Brad hatches a plan to outsmart David at one of his poker nights and wiggle Dana out of her contract. He knew that David had been into poker ever since Ian's Warrior Day and regularly hosted game nights at his house. He cunningly sits with a Poker guide in the kitchen, and David invites him to his house.
Now, he wanted Ian to accompany him because he would be the one to put all the money. He convinces Jo to throw Poppy a baby shower, which would free Ian for the evening, and he accompanies him to David's house.
Poppy had a chaotic baby shower in Mythic Quest Season 4 Episode 6
While Poppy's baby shower has a low turnout, she is surprised to see her sister Tracy, whom she can't stand. While she plans on canceling the baby shower, Jo convinces her by motivating her to show off in front of her sister. After all, she is a successful working woman who is about to give her family their first grandkid.
Poppy agrees, and they all play a game of sniffing diapers with candy melts and guess which candy it is. The baby shower takes a turn when Tracy gifts Poppy a 'Best Aunt' T-shirt, revealing that she is also about to have a baby via surrogacy. Poppy feels that Tracy is stealing her thunder when she reveals that her baby will be born before Poppy's.
When Tracy insults Poppy by blaming her for working all the time and not having time for her family, Poppy's friends back her up and throw candy diapers on Tracy, which forces her to leave.
What happened at David's poker night in Mythic Quest Season 4 Episode?
Brad initially loses, and Ian gets on the wrong footing with David's friends, which irks him. With a big ego, Ian wants David's friends to like him. Frustrated, he goes to the bathroom and contemplates leaving when Brad reveals his plan to him.
When they return to the game, David reveals that he overheard their conversation through the vent and knows Brad is playing David for Dana's contract. He is still up to playing but ends up losing the game.
Finally, Brad thinks he has outsmarted David, but the latter reveals his winning move. A photo from Poppy's baby shower, which features Dana's work laptop with a picture of her new game. David says that since the picture is from the Mythic Quest office, the new game is now company property.
In addition, he also reveals that the company now owns Cozy Galaxy and Twilight Forest, which means Dana has no right to her game now, and he terminates her contract.
