Robert Herjavec, the millionaire investor from Shark Tank, often credits the right 'mindset' as a key to success. In a recent video on his Instagram, he revealed a book that has helped him clear out "negative thoughts" from the brain to receive wealth. The book is called Think and Grow Ruch by Napolean Hill.

The book, published in 1945, is considered to be a classic in the field of personal development and success. Even after more than 70 years of being published, the text remains relevant to the current scenario of life and the economy.

Highlighting the same, Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec says that the key takeaway for him is the "power of the subconscious mind," which is a chapter in the book. He claims that no matter how strong an individual thinks they are, they are not stronger than their brain and subconscious.

He says that the thoughts, beliefs, and ideas that are fed into the mind, are what shape the outcomes in real life. Thus, it is important to focus on the positive aspects of life and work towards building your goal.

Discussing the same, he says,

"One of my favorite and most prized possessions is actually a book which was a gift. It's think and grow rich by Napolean Hill. First edition. Published in 1945. Think about that, that was 70-plus years ago. What an amazing book for then and especially for now.

He added,

Like amazing titles, 'The Subconscious Mind', 'The sixth sense,' one of my favorites, 'How to outwit the six ghosts of fear,' clearing the brain for riches. Biggest lesson I get out of this book is the power of the subconscious mind."

Shark Tank investor Robert Herjavec shares the role of mental conditioning in achieving success

Shark Tank investor Robert Herjavec compared the mind to a muscle that requires the right kind of input to make reality a better place. This is the language that one uses and the thoughts that an individual lets linger in their brains along with the goals that they set for themselves.

He says that negative thoughts and doubts, fears, are something that can prove to be a setback while decisive actions make an individual stay ahead of the curve. Robert expresses,

"As powerful as you think you are, you are not more powerful than your subconscious mind. Your mind is the most powerful muscle that you have. Everything that you put into your mind, the food that you put into your body, the language you use, it all controls the outcomes."

According to Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec, success is a result of "constant forward momentum." He insists on clearing out the negativity and instead focusing on what aligns best with someone's goals. It is the ability to take clear and committed actions that bring one closer to success. He says,

"If you want to succeed, you got to start putting in things that move you forward. Goals. Decisions. Get rid of all the negativity. Constant forward momentum. You are more powerful than you think you are."

This perspective laid out by the Shark Tank investor reinforces the idea that success is not just about external factors but also depends on mental conditioning.
