Love is Blind Season 7: Taylor and Garrett - Fans divided

After learning more about Taylor, Garrett sent Taylor's favorite flowers, which impressed her, and both bonded over their shared "nerdy" nature.
In one of their blind dates, Garrett shared,

Taylor opened her heart through her grandparents' love letters and proposed, after which Garrett also proposed, and they became a couple. Later in the show's subsequent phases, the couple ran into a few issues, which they handled maturely and understandingly.
