In episode 7 of Mayfair Witches, Tessa is seen held captive by the man who desperately wants her heart and loathes her—Keith (played by Ian Hoch). After Rowan discovers she's expecting a child and is uncertain about the father's identity, she turns to Tessa for help, only to find that Tessa is not there.
Tessa has been captured and is being tortured by the man she dreads the most. Her limbs were bound tightly to prevent her from escaping as she is a witch. Moreover, her eyes were blinded and she was gagged with a rag down her throat.
In the episode, Tessa is set to be executed for being a Mayfair witch. Despite her pleas and cries for help, her captors pay no heed and proceed with the ancient punishment - death by fire on a pyre. Just as the pyre she was tied to was lit, Rowan made a heroic entrance.
With hands oozing electric power fueled by vengeance, she frees her sister while engaging in a mind-bending battle with Keith and other enemies. Just as Rowan and Tessa thought they were safe, the unthinkable happened, resulting in Tessa's death.
What led to Tessa's death in Mayfair Witches?
Episode 7 of Mayfair Witches saw the demise of yet another bold character—Tessa. In the episode, she and Rowan seemed poised for victory against the dark forces planning to execute Tessa, a Mayfair witch.
As they were about to escape and Tessa had just given Rowan a necklace, witch hunter Keith appeared and fired an arrow at Tessa's neck. Dumbfounded at his appearance, neither Rowan nor Tessa saw it coming.
Tessa ended up bleeding out and sadly glanced into Rowan's eyes, tears glistening as she took her final breath. Thus concluded Tessa's tale in Mayfair Witches. Rowan was in turmoil as she cradled her fallen sister. At the end of the episode, she screams the name of Lasher (played by Jack Huston), seeking vengeance for Tessa.
