Married at First Sight star Sam Abdulrahim shot dead at Preston Hotel's parking

Married at First Sight star Sam Abdulrahim is reported dead at sight after a shooting at Preston Hotel's parking lot. The incident took place at 10:30 am on Tuesday while he was at the underground parking lot of the Quest serviced apartment buildings on High Street. Police have confirmed that this resulted in Sam dying on the spot.

It was reported that Sam was with a woman in the car who is assumed to be his girlfriend in the reports. She had rushed to get help and first aid for Sam until help arrived.

Police revealed later during their investigation that a white Porsche Macan SUV was witnessed getting away from the scene. It was linked to this killing and was found later by the authorities all burnt in Reservoir.

Sam Abdulrahim appeared on Married at First Sight Australia in 2019. He was linked to Jessica Power on the show. Despite them not working out, the two have stayed in touch ever since and have been good friends.

The two were linked romantically for only a brief period after Sam had been released from prison. This arrest was a result of his having a high-speed car crash in which an 88-year-old woman had passed away.

Sam Abdulrahim is an underworld identity belonging to Melbourne. There had been a lot of attempted killings at him previously as well. Jessica Power, talking about her ex, tearfully said,

"It's been really, really hard to hear. We ended on really good terms. He's always been supportive to me if I needed him, even up until a few months ago. I just feel so sad for his wife and his child - she's going to grow up without a dad and it's such a toxic world to be in that underworld thing.”

Married at First Sight star Jessica claimed that Sam was a good guy and was dedicated to his family. The two were in a relationship during 2019 but his underworld work was one of the major reasons why they had broken up. Jessica said that she did not want to be a part of it or be around that environment.

Sam from Married at First Sight has had multiple killing attempts on him in the past. It was reported by Daily Mail Australia in 2022 that he was shot four times in the chest but survived. This happened while the star was attending a funeral.

Even his home had been a target for shootings. It was once firebombed. In a more recent killing spree, Sam was shot 17 times last year outside of his home. To avoid all of that and be secure, Sam had been in hiding.

Another attempt at his life happened in 2016. It was reported that Married at First Sight's Sam, Kadir Ors, and Alex Harrouk were chased in Melbourne by George Marrogi. There was heavy fire between them in the trio had suffered serious injuries and wounds.

Carrying on the investigation for Sam's murder, the Victoria police have found out yet another car which they think might be linked to the incident. It is a grey Ford Ranger.

It is burnt out in the same manner but the location is Melbourne's outer North. It is the second vehicle after police had taken note of the white Porsche on Tuesday. During a press conference, the police revealed they were investigating a getaway car used for the murder.

They said the Ford had a sticker of bull horns on the rear window. This could help the Police in getting further in their search for the shooter.
