The 2025 NCAA Tournament, March Madness 2025, began on March 16, 2025, with the Sunday Selection, where 68 teams were revealed for both men's and women’s basketball who will be competing in this year’s tournament to become the national champions.
The Sunday Selection for the men’s bracket aired on CBS at 6 p.m. ET, and the women’s bracket aired on ESPN at 7 p.m. ET. The college basketball tournament will air on CBS, ESPN, and ABC networks and be streamed on various digital platforms.
The games will start with the First Four, beginning on March 18 and 19 for men’s basketball and March 19 and 20 for women’s basketball.

The tournament has finally commenced, and March Madness 2025 is ready to enthrall basketball fans all over the country.
After the 68 teams are revealed in the Sunday Selection for both men's and women’s brackets, the games will finally start on March 18, 2025, and will air on several networks and streaming platforms.
Airing and streaming details for the men’s bracket are as follows.
The tournament will kick off with the First Four games, which will be aired on truTV on March 18 and 19, 2025, at 6:40 and 9:10 pm ET.
Then, the first round, which will be held on March 20-21, will be aired on CBS, TBS, TNT, and truTV. Similarly, the Second round on March 22-23 will air on the earlier mentioned cable channels. The First and second-round games will start from 12:15 pm ET in the afternoon and will wrap up late at night with the last game beginning at 10:10 pm ET.
The next stage, which is the Sweet 16, will take place on March 27-28 and will air on CBS and TBS at 6:30 pm ET. The Elite 8 will also air on TBS on March 29 and on CBS on March 30.
The Final Four of the men’s bracket will take place on April 5 and will air on TBS at 6:09 pm ET. The National Championship will be held on April 7 and will air on TBS at 9:20 pm ET.
Furthermore, the games will also be available to stream on the March Madness Live App. All the games aired on CBS can be streamed on Paramount +, and games aired on TNT, TBS, and truTV will be available on MAX.

All the games starting with the First Four for the women’s bracket will air on ESPN and ABC, with the National Championship taking place on April 6 and will air on ABC.
