"Makes no sense?": The Bachelor fans slam the producers for Grant's decision to keep Rose in the show

Recently released The Bachelor Season 29 Episode 3 featured a feud between Carolina and Rose, which started after their off-camera conversation. The third episode, aired on February 10, 2025, saw Carolina revealing how Rose told her about Grant Eliss' stating that he missed her during a dance.

After that, Carolina confronted The Bachelor, who figured out the source, Rose. Hence, he confronted her. She said she "thought she heard" him stating that he was missing Rose while dancing with Carolina.

After everything between Rose and Carolina stirred drama, The Bachelor gave his first and final Rose to Zoe and Rose. Witnessing his choice of the participant to present the final Rose sparked a debate among the show fans.

The Bachelor fans slammed producers and accused them of keeping Rose through Grant.

A fan wrote on X:

"Grant keeping Rose, why? Makes no sense? The producers won today rating must prevail I guess, smh. Well next week looks like a train wreck thats for sure, and Carolina is the conductor. #TheBachelor."

Another fan commented about why Grant might have "kept Rose" in the show:

"Grant clearly only kept Rose because Carolina felt the girls would hate her. Chose her out of pity !! #TheBachelor."

A netizen shared a possibility related to what might have happened between Rose and Carolina:

"my take on this situation- a producer told Rose he said that and she told Carolina (obviously) #TheBachelor #Bachelor."

A person referred to the final Rose given to Rose as a "pity rose" and commented:

The Bachelor Episode 3: Zoe and Rose received the first and final Roses

The Bachelor Season 29 features a 31-year-old, Grant Ellis, looking for his perfect partner. The third episode of the reality show featured 14 remaining female participants who were still in the race towards the potential of becoming Grant's "the one."

However, some things didn't go as planned in the latest episode. Originally, there were two one-on-one dates and one group date. However, there were two one-on-one dates, with a twist and a three-on-one date.

The third episode also featured a feud between two cast members, Carolina and Rose. It started with Carolina's revelation about her off-camera conversation with Rose. According to Rose, Grant told her he was "thinking" about her while dancing with Carolina.

The incident resulted in another confrontation, which was between Carolina and The Bachelor himself.

"That's a lie," said Grant.

Despite his refusal of such things, he guessed it would have been Rose. When he confronted her, she swore that she heard him stating that. He told Rose that her comment to Carolina was "disrespectful."

Despite such things, he gave the final Rose to Rose, which sparked a debate among show fans. Some of the fans referred to it as a "pity Rose."

The third episode of The Bachelor featured Beverly's departure due to medical reasons. Bailey, Chloie, and Alli Jo were sent home.
