Selling The City Season 1 aired on Netflix on January 3, 2025. The real estate show's seventh episode featured an issue between two realtors, Gisselle Meneses Nunez and Justin Tuinstra. It happened after Justin refused to give a tour of one of the listings to newly joined real estate agents.

The realtor mentioned that one of the agents, Gisselle, had canceled the tour twice, and she had already requested it for the third time. However, the female cast member shared her side and mentioned schedule conflicts to her boss, Eleonora.

Later in the episode, Selling The City cast member Justin was upset about Gisselle canceling the invitation.

Referring to the situation between the two, show fans took to social media platform X and shared their reviews.

A fan wrote on X:

"Steve is willing to show to Eleonora's team the listing because it's the first time & they all showed up, it's for a group not just one newer agent. Justin not showing to Gisselle after two prior cancels makes sense. #SellingTheCity."

Another fan favored Justin and mentioned:

"I'm no justin fan, but he's right. You cancel on me twice, I'm done. #SellingTheCity."

Another fan wrote:

"Justin didn’t make this difficult. Gisselle did by cancelling on him twice before & then expecting him to accommodate her schedule for a third showing. #SellingTheCity."

One of the Selling The City fans reacted to Gisselle canceling the tour and commented:

"Gisselle thinks the world should accommodate her because she's on Eleonora's team. Sure that name association affords her some respect & opportunities, but she needs to work hard to gain her own personal respect as well. #SellingTheCity."

Referring to how Gisselle was "joking" but Justin took it personally during her birthday party, a fan shared:

"It wasn't a joke & Gisselle knew that. She was taking a jab at Justin. #SellingTheCity."

A netizen took Justin's side and commented:

"I can't believe I'm on Justin's side here. Gisselle cancelled on him twice when he wanted to show her the property before, now she's mad he won't bend over backwards to show her when she wants? Nope. Bring a buyer & he'll show it. #SellingTheCity."

A user referred to Justin as "fakest" of them all:

"Justin is the fakest of them all. He really talks so much shit to whoever is in front of him but acts like everyone's best friend. #SellingTheCity."

Another user reacted to Justin:

"While I do think it's rude to only invite some of Eleonora's team & not others, at least Justin is setting the threshold for who can come & who can't based on sales/proven ability rather than Jade who just invited whoever she wanted just cause. #SellingTheCity."

An X user suspected a second season of the show with some of the cast members:

"I'd be SO here for a second season where it focuses on Eleonora's team & Justin's new team competing against each other for listings, especially from Steve. That'd be so different from any other real estate show on Netflix. #SellingTheCity."

A fan criticized Gisselle for her behavior:

"Giselle is a terrible agent with no humility and should have been super apologetic about being “too busy” for Justin doing her a favor twice. #SellingTheCity."

Selling The City: Gisselle and Justin's arguments after she canceled the tour twice

Selling The City Season 1 Episode 7 featured Eleonora and Justin arriving at one of the listings, Madison House. She asked him whether he was open to showing the listing to fellow realtor Gisselle.

However, Justin has some reservations because Gisselle was one of the newly joined realtors. Because of that, he was worried that she might not come through such an elite property and potential clients.

He told Eleonora that as it was such a massive listing, he wanted only "top" brokers with experience associated with the property and the project.

Referring to his reservations, Selling The City realtor told the cameras:

"Steve made a joke playing basketball about Gisselle not knowing certain lingo and jargon, and everybody has a time in their career where maybe they didn't know something, but it's not my job to teach you or give a preview to a junior agent. This project is just too big."

Later, when Selling The City star Gisselle asked Justin about the Madison House tour, he replied that she had already canceled the tour invitation twice. The female cast member shared that she was preoccupied with other listings, which didn't sit well with Justin.

The issue between the two continued, after which he went to Eleonora and discussed what happened with him and Gisselle.
