"Make sure you're always aware of your glass" - Shark Tank's Lori promotes NightCapit for women's safety

Shark Tank investor Lori Greiner has shared a reel on her Instagram account advocating about women's safety. She regularly posts content on her socials, motivating and educating her followers about the business world.

Lori has been the most successful investor on Shark Tank, with her strategically putting money in Scrub Daddy. The company went on to become a multi-million dollar investment.

In this post, Shark Tank's Lori shared about women's safety while they are out in clubs and having drinks. It is common for them to fall victim to people who mix something in their drinks, and thus, it is important to be mindful of it. Talking about the same, Lori said,

"There are certain things we need to be really mindful about today. So important to me that you all try to stay safe, and be safe. When you're out, if you're drinking, at a party, at a bar, social thing, or event, make sure that you're always aware of your glass. Make sure that your glass is always with you. That you're watching it."

Shark Tank's Lori has been an investor in various companies that make products for women and their safety. One of them is NightCapit, which is an easy-to-use cover for drinks while women are out and about in bars and clubs.

It covers the tip of the glass securely with an elastic and has a hole for a straw. This will help in keeping the drinks safe even when an individual is not looking at them. Lori points out that the product comes attached to a scrunchie, which can be worn on hair and kept along while going out.

Explaining the same, she said,

"And a great little thing to have is a 'NightCapit.' You can cover your wine glass with it. But then, it opens up. And right inside the scrunchie, that you can wear on your hair or on your wrist is this protective cover. It goes around the glass, there's a little place for the straw. It goes over your glass, your beer glass, wine, drinks, anything. Cover it up and nobody can drop something inside."

Lori then warned about being safe and aware of your surroundings when going out. She claims that women should not accept drinks from strangers and always be looking at them while it is being made. They should only accept it from bartenders. Lori says,

"Be sure to be careful, watch your drinks. Don't take a drink from someone you don't know. Don't take a drink from anybody. Get it from the bartender. Watch it. Cover it. And stay safe."

Shark Tank investor Lori often shares important details about being successful and in one of her posts previously, she revealed the talked about points that are holding someone back. She claimed that people tend to overwork, but instead, they should focus on "delegate, automate, and prioritize."

Another point that stops people from walking towards their goals in life is being fearful about it. Writing about the same, she explained that failure is important as "staying safe won't lead to growth."

Procrastination also gets in the way, and Lori mentioned it on the list. She said that a person should start with small steps because "progress begins with action." She also talked about being confident in one's vision and believing in themselves.
