From costumes and makeup to emotions, actors can encounter multiple continuity issues while filming series with varied timelines. Similarly, Andor Season 2 is slated to have 12 episodes, out of which three will be released on the premiere day. The episodes are sorted in batches of three and follow a timeline gap between each batch.

In an interview with Collider, Diego Luna who plays Cassian Andor revealed the hilarious continuity problem that he faced while filming for Andor Season 2. He revealed that it was difficult to maintain his beard's style and appearance throughout the haphazard filming schedule. He told,

"We made a plan, and then the plan was ruined. We made a plan, but it was a weird schedule because we didn't shoot in order. Sometimes blocks will happen at the same time, or have to interact. So, I spent a few days sticking hair because I made the wrong choice, "Sh*t! I need to have my facial hair!"

Diego Luna shared the trick on how he maintained his appearance and look, especially his beard, during filming. He told Collider,

"There was a very cool technique, which is you put glue, you put real hair, and then you have someone else's hair on your face, basically. So, I have to thank that person. It's part of my performance."

Viewers have to wait for April 22, 2025, to have a proper view at Diego Luna's beard and its consistency. However, the trailer looks quite promising, showcasing Cassian Andor's various looks spanning across multiple timelines.

Diego Luna first starred as Cassian Andor in the 2016 film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. He portrayed a dedicated for the cause yet morally ambiguous rebel intelligence officer. Andor Season 2 follows the journey of Diego Luna's character, Cassian Andor, and how he steadily molds into a key player in the rebellion. The events of the finale season finally lead to the 2016 film portraying Cassian's ultimate sacrifice.

When Diego Luna was asked about how he felt while filming the final scene of Andor Season 2, he told Rolling Stone,

"I spent more than five years with these people. So saying goodbye was hardcore. At the end, we were shooting in a studio in Pinewood, and we were doing cleanup. So the last thing I shot was by myself in a cockpit, as lonely as it could be- a camera and myself, piloting for the last time."

As Andor Season 2 marks the end of Diego Luna's nearly decade-long role as Cassian Andor, and as the EP of the Emmy-nominated series, Luna found it hard to describe his feelings in words. He told Reuters,
