"I've learned a lot, I've learned there's things I need to work on. For example, I am a very direct person. I know that but I think my delivery is rough — and delivery is everything."

The reality star clarified that viewing the Love Is Blind Season 7 episodes gave her a fresh insight into her actions. She described the experience of seeing herself on screen, saying,

"When you can see it you're like, 'Gosh that was really harsh.'"

The Love Is Blind Season 7 star also discussed the unique challenges of navigating serious relationship discussions on camera. Jiles noted that the show required her to address topics she had never broached in previous relationships.

"I've never been engaged or married so these questions I'm asking aren't typical things that I would be asking [in] relationships unless we've been together for a long time," she said.

Hannah Jiles also revealed that her previous partners rarely confronted her about her communication style. Jiles expressed regret about this lack of feedback, stating,

"I wish people called me out on my s— more."

The Love Is Blind Season 7 star admitted to having controlling tendencies in her past relationships. She described herself as "a little bit of a control freak," explaining,

"I like the things I like. So I think in relationships sometimes they just let me do what I do and they don't really say anything. So it's definitely a problem with me wanting what I want."

She concluded her podcast appearance by stating, that she has "got a lot of room to grow, I'm trying, I promise."
