Love During Lockup, a spinoff of the original series, "Love After Lockup," is making a comeback for the third time. Season 3 will air on December 13, 2024, at 8 pm ET/7 pm CT, on We TV and ABLK.
A reality show that covers the stories of people in relationships with inmates. This series of 8 episodes showcases the challenges faced in long-distance relationships, family disputes, anticipating bails, lack of communication, and more that these couples face.
Unlike "Love After Lockup," the OG, which documents the struggles after incarceration, this spinoff discovers the like during the period. From fights with each other to emotions taking over, this show makes the audience experience it all.
After receiving much love in the first two seasons, the show has returned with a new season, available on WeTV from December 13.

The couples starring in Love During Lockup Season 3 are:
Kate & Hunter (Hunter is the inmate):
Kate and Hunter are from Scottsdale, Arizona. Kate is a yoga instructor who fell in love with someone behind bars. These two have had a past way before Hunter's imprisonment. However, they connected again, and Kate couldn't resist Hunter even though he was in jail.
Tia & Rob (Rob is the inmate):
Rob and Tia were supposed to have a regular love life as Rob was about to be released from prison. Things took a turn when he made a request that shook Tia completely. He wanted strippers at his homecoming party and his girlfriend - all in the same room.
Savannah & Bradly (Bradly is the inmate):
Savannah and Bradly were both drug addicts in the past, and she used to buy her weed from Bradly. This is when they fell in love with each other. Her family is worried as Savannah waits for Bradly to get free from his incarceration. They don't think the couple can stay sober together 'in the real world.'
MJ & Wille (Willie is the inmate):
This couple from San Francisco, California, have known each other through their families, as both have the same cultural background, Tongan. Although they never dated in the past, after separating from their partners, Willie reached out to MJ from prison. This is how the story began.
Sam & Krystal (Krystal is the inmate):
While exploring a prison website about pen pals, Sam came across Krystal and fell in love with her as soon as he heard her Southern accent. He moved to Texas and married Krystal after visiting her in jail. In Krystal's absence, Sam visits her grandmother often, but this might not be a great choice.
Jakeema & Donny (Donny is the inmate):
Having a history of dating inmates, Jakeema hit Donny when she came across his profile on TikTok. Although she decided not to take this further, this 34-year-old single mother fell in love and moved to Ohio to be closer to her boyfriend. Now, Donny sends her money, but she is worried that he might still be dealing drugs.
