Love is Blind: Sweden Season 2 Episode 8 Recap: While participants go through wedding outfits trial, a few of them face a dilemma

Netflix premiered Love is Blind: Sweden Season 2 Episode 8 on March 27, 2025. The recently released episode of the social experiment Afraid of Getting Hurt featured engaged participants going for their wedding outfits trial.

It featured engaged couples, including Niklas-Karin, Wictor-Nathalie, Jakob-Karolina, and Oscar-Alicia. However, the latter broke their engagement while the rest of the three couples advanced to the experiment's final phase.

The eighth episode also featured bachelor and bachelorette parties, after which a few participants had second thoughts about their journey.

Love is Blind: Sweden Season 2 Episode 8 Recap: Participants go for wedding outfits trial, followed by their bachelor-bachelorette parties

The latest Love is Blind: Sweden episode started with Wictor and Nathalie visiting their upcoming wedding venue. They practiced rehearsing what they would be doing on their wedding day.

While exchanging the ring and mimicking the moment, Wictor said:

"So blah, blah, blah, yes, I do. Perfect."

They enjoyed their "rehearsal" and checked out the venue, including lots of stairs, which Nathalie feared of falling in her wedding dress.

Show host Jessica Almenas shared how the wedding was just a few days away; couples went to their separate wedding dress outfit trials. Karolina shared she felt "queasy." She met fellow brides Nathalie and Karin.

As for the male cast members, Jakob, Niklas, and Wictor arrived at the men's outfit venue. They talked about Oscar, who was missing from the outfits trial.

"He should be here by now, don't you think?" asked Wictor.

The female participants also talked about how it felt "weird" as they were the last three who advanced further in the social experiment. While at the outfits trial, Love is Blind: Sweden star Karolina expressed her concerns about not having the time to wrap her head around the situation.

While the other engaged couples went for their wedding outfits trial, Oscar and Alicia met each other. Earlier on the show, fans witnessed the two spending some time apart. They decided to sit and talk about what was going on with them.

Alicia felt they needed to let the "energy" flow, which he agreed to. The couple sat down by the lake as they discussed various things. Oscar mentioned how things have been "tough" for him.

"Have you gotten any clarity on us since you've been away? I mean, since we've been apart," asked Oscar.

Alicia felt "hurt" and "disappointed" and still had feelings for him. When she asked Oscar how he was feeling, he mentioned there was no "love," so he chose to take a step back. They called off their engagement and parted ways.

Jakob and Karolina went out for dinner, where he confessed to the cameras about Karolina's feelings. He also asked her about her feelings and if they had changed. Wictor and Nathalie spend their time in the sun, by the water. They discussed how their feelings have "grown" since the pods phase.

Niklas and Karin had an evening date where they enjoyed a romantic dinner. They discussed how they hadn't had any arguments. Later in the episode, Karolina and Jakob had a conversation where she expressed her feelings for him:

"I just really want you to know that...I love you."

Love is Blind: Sweden Season 2 Episode 8: Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties

The next day engaged couples moved out of their assigned residence as their wedding day approached. The girls went on a boat for their bachelorette party and met the rest of the party people by the deck. The boys met their guests, including their friends and relatives. Wictor invited Natalie's sister's boyfriend, Taric, to the bachelor party.

Male guests had female dresses and colorful wigs for all three groom-to-be, which they made them wear for the bachelor party. While wearing them, Love is Blind: Sweden star Niklas said:

"You can totally tell that it's a start of something wild."

Later in on their parties, Karolina voiced her concerns about their upcoming wedding.

"Now it feels so real and genuine, but I've been holding back quite a lot," she said.

On the other hand, Wictor also expressed how he was not feeling "stable" as the wedding was just around the corner. He accepted getting "cold feet."
