Netflix's Love is Blind Sweden Season 2 released its seventh episode on March 20, 2025. The latest episode, I Need a Break, featured engaged couples at the "Engagement Party." Soon, a few of the singles from the pods joined them. When engaged participants faced their former strong connections from the pods' phase, things got stirred.
Further in the episode, Milly and Ola parted ways while Alicia wanted a "break"; hence she temporarily moved out. Jakob and Karolina also intensely discussed his meeting with Emmelie at the party. Wictor and Nathalie met her family where he faced some questions from her sister.

Love is Blind Sweden 2 Episode 7 Recap: What happened after singles from the pods return to meet engaged couples?
The seventh episode started with the engagement party that continued from the Love is Blind Sweden Season 2 Episode 6. Engaged couples, including Karolina-Jakob, Alicia-Oscar, Karin-Niklas, Milly-Ola, and Nathalie-Wictor, were present at the party.
Soon, they saw Emmelie, Jakob's former connection arriving at the venue. Pod squad member Tindra also came with her. Emmelie had a private conversation with Jakob, and she talked about not attending their last blind date.
"I don't wanna be with a person who's sugarcoating things or lying to me. If that happens, then I'll just end it," recalled Emmelie.
Milly opened up to Niklas and Nathalie about her breakup with Ola. On the other hand, Ola discussed his relationship with Wictor, who also shared his feelings about Nathalie.
While in the pool, Alicia asked Ola and Niklas about Oscar.
"He's very calm. And from what I'm seeing, you're more energetic, like me. What you need to do is find a compromise without losing a sense of who you are," said Niklas.
Soon, the next boat arrived with Tim, Alicia's former connection from the pods. Along with him was Nicke. Seeing Tim arriving, Alicia confided in Karolina and told her that breaking up with him was "incredibly hard" for her.
Later, Love is Blind Sweden stars Tim and Alicia had a private conversation, and he admitted that she had been his "favorite" since day one. When she got emotional, Tim helped her console and comforted her. In the meantime, Jakob was still in conversation with Emmelie.
Aftermath of Engagement Party on Love is Blind Sweden Season 2 Episode 7
After reaching home, Love is Blind Sweden star Jakob requested a conversation with Karolina. When he asked how things went that day, the discussion turned into an argument.
"You were gone for a really long time. I almost didn't see you all day. You were gone for a while.....It was a super long time. Quite a while...so,"
As she shared her concerns, Jakob asked if she was "done." She responded that she was "not done." She added how she felt when he was busy in a private conversation with Emmelie at the engagement party.
Wictor and Nathalie discussed how some participants went through different things. She mentioned that everyone was "struggling" with different things. Love is Blind Sweden cast member confessed that it felt "right" with Wictor, and he also felt the same.
Oscar and Alicia talked about their day, and he mentioned feeling his energy "drained" after meeting everyone. She confessed feeling "stressed" meeting Tim, as she had "strong feelings" for him during the pods.
"He (Tim) was gonna propose the day I broke up with him," she shared.
She told Oscar that she felt "more support" from those "ten seconds" she was with Tim, than she had been feeling from Oscar "all day." He then asked Alicia what she wanted to do.
"I wanna leave. I need a break," she replied.
Next morning on Love is Blind Sweden Season 2 Episode 7
Love is Blind Sweden stars Niklas and Karin sat by the water and enjoyed their time together, where she admitted waking up feeling "stressed out."
"You wake up with a hangover, and I wake up with...PMS crying fits," she said.
On the other hand, Milly left as she and Ola had agreed to part ways earlier during the previous episode. Before leaving, she put her engagement ring on top of Ola's ring, which he had kept on the counter. They hugged each other and parted ways.
"She has so many beautiful qualities, um...but she's not my person...and I'm not hers," confessed Ola.
Wictor and Nathalie went to meet the latter's family. Everyone welcomed Wictor and enjoyed lunch together. Later, Nathalie's older sister, Paulina, requested a private conversation.
"Marriage is a really, really big step. And just a few short weeks ago, um, it felt like marriage was something way, way off in my sister's future. Everything sees to be moving so fast," she expressed her concerns.
Jakob and Karolina went out, where she admitted how they could talk things out instead of getting caught in the "heat of the moment." They spoke of wedding outfits and gold jewelry.
Jakob wanted Karolina to sprint and choose him after running to him, as they had been discussing since the pods. They recreated their first reveal, where she ran towards him at the restaurant.
Love is Blind Sweden Season 2 Episode 7 ended with Oscar and Alicia's telephonic conversation. He admitted not being on the "same wavelength."
