Love is Blind stars Marissa and Ramses discuss their wedding planning

Netflix recently aired Love is Blind Season 7, Episodes 10 and 11 on October 16, 2024. It was the third batch of episodes that OTT released. The tenth episode, The Text From an Ex, featured the engaged couples and their current relationship dynamics.

One of the engaged couples, Marissa and Ramses, has had quite a few issues since their engagement. Despite everything, the couple is together and hopeful to get married by the end of the social experiment.

The recently released episode saw Marissa and Ramses discussing their wedding and planning various things. The couple also discussed the possibility of a dance with their respective mothers since they were raised by their single mothers.

As Netflix describes the couple's wedding planning,

"Despite some tough conversations, the couple moves forward with wedding planning after Ramses reassures Marissa that he does "feel sure" about getting married. "I see myself at the altar with you saying yes," he tells her. His words of affirmation make Marissa feel comfortable enough to continue, and to try on wedding dresses with her mother."

Love is Blind Season 7: Marissa and Ramses plan their wedding

The latest tenth episode of Love is Blind started with the couple, Marissa and Ramses, discussing health issues the female cast member has been facing. Despite Ramses' preferences for physical intimacy.

Marissa couldn't agree with his suggestion. There were a few moments between them where they felt they had quite opposite mindsets on particular things.

However, later in the episode, the couple could be seen discussing their upcoming wedding and what they want to do. After the male cast member returned from work, Marissa surprised him with rose petals in their bedroom, where they sat and discussed various aspects of their wedding.

Marissa proposed her idea,

"Okay, so we're gonna do boho glam."

After the Love is Blind star found it quite confusing, he asked how the "glam" would go with the "boho." She explained that there would be "sophistication."

Marissa then asked about the mother-son dance and asked her fiance whether he wanted to do that.

"Yeah, that'd be cool. Are you doing the dance with your mom?"

Marissa refused because she didn't want to. They discussed how both of them were raised by single mothers, and their fathers were not in the picture.

"I was thinking, like, in the entrance where people are signing in or whatever, they can just, like, have his photo," Tyler shared.

Marissa then shared the seating plan, according to which the parents would sit next to each other. When she shared the idea of "not having an aisle" during their wedding, Ramses teased and asked if she would " descend" from the heavens to the altar.

Love is Blind star started drawing her plan outline and described it to her fiance,

"Here's, like, where we stand, right? This is the little altar. There goes me. There goes you. We have smiles on our faces 'cause we’re getting married. You have hearts all around your head 'cause we're getting married. You're gonna say "yes." "

She added that she hated the "separate s***," referring to staying apart before the wedding. She mentioned how they were bringing two families and two friend groups together.

Marissa shared that they would only get married "once." She was referring to Ramses' previous marriage. She teased him, and they both made fun of it and enjoyed their time together.

The Love is Blind star also added that she wanted Ramses' "this" marriage with her to "look different" from his previous marriage. Later, Marissa asked if Ramses had any doubts while advancing towards the end of the social experiment.


Netflix will soon air the Love is Blind Season 7 finale episode on October 23, 2024.
