Love Is Blind Season 7 released episodes 7 to 9 on Wednesday, October 9. The couples were seen navigating their relationships to the next step by introducing their families to the social experiment they were part of. Tim and Alexandra got engaged in episode 4 and bonded over their shared love for family, unwavering faith, and loved ones.
The couple had a full arc journey, starting from being vulnerable in the pods to meeting the family. Tim was clear from the beginning that he had found “the one,” and Alexandra's thought process captivated him to the core. Both opened up about their childhoods in the pods, and Tim bravely shared that he lost his two elder sisters.

After having a fulfilling vacation, the couple advanced to the next stage of living together. In episode 8 of Love Is Blind, Tim was introduced to Alexandra's family, and they all had an open discussion about how to take things forward. After enjoying a lovely lunch arranged by Tim, he asked to talk to Mr. Byrd, Alexandra's father, privately.
As audiences must remember from the previous episode, Tim wrote a letter dedicated to Mr. Byrd while proposing to Alexandra, asking for her hand. Tim wanted to read the letter in person and ask for Alexandra's hand in marriage. Mr. Byrd was overwhelmed by this gesture and struggled to stop his happy tears after hearing the letter in episode 8 of Love Is Blind.

In episode 8 of Love Is Blind Season 7, Tim got to meet Alexandra's family. Alexandra was tense about introducing Tim to her father, as he had no idea that they had moved in together. She was skeptical about whether her father would approve of the relationship.
However, when the family met Tim, and he expressed his wish to talk to Mr. Byrd privately, he won his heart by asking for Alexandra's hand in the most gentlemanly way possible.
Tim wrote a letter dedicated to Mr. Byrd asking for Alexandra's hand in marriage. Tim believed that Alexandra had the same respect for family values as he did and was confident that he would be able to convince her father to like him. When he privately talked to Mr. Byrd and read the letter, Mr. Byrd got all teary-eyed. He told Tim:
"Well, I am gonna gather my thoughts. She is my baby girl. We just met, but I believe in you. I believe what you have written, and what you have said. I believe that came from your heart. I accept you as my son, and I welcome you to our family."
Tim felt welcomed by Mr. Byrd's words and excused himself to go and tell Alexandra about it. Alexandra went straight to hug her father, and they all celebrated the good news.
Mr. Byrd told the cameras that the couple had his blessing and that he wanted nothing more than to see them together and happy.
Alexandra's mother was also moved by the way Tim approached the whole situation and told the cameras:
"I have no concerns about Tim. Tim seems like a really nice person, and so far the way they interact, love it."
