Love is Blind Season 8, Episode 8, titled "A Family Affair," premiered on Netflix on February 21, 2025. The episode followed the next chapter in the lives of the couples as they prepared to leave their romantic getaway in Honduras. They have now relocated to an apartment in Minneapolis together and are set to face the challenges of real life.

The cast has been given their phones back, and they are free to meet their families and friends. At this point, they only have three weeks left until the wedding date and, therefore, will have to find out how compatible they are outside the pods.

As the Love is Blind couple Joey and Monica moved in together after spending time in Honduras, they got cozy in the apartment and talked about their habits of cleaning and laundry. Monica recalled an incident from when she was in university.

She said that she used to wash a pile of clothes and dump it in her closet without folding it. A few weeks later, she pulled out a pair of jeans from the pile and wore them, only to find a spider's web on it.

Another incident she shared was how her family shares socks with each other. Revealing this, she says that they have a common sock bin. This made Joey even more unsettled than he already was.

While talking about decor, Taylor brought up her Christmas obsession again and said that they would have multiple Christmas trees in their house once they started celebrating the holiday together.

Now that they have their phones back, Dave has learned about this guy and discovered that he lives in the same apartment complex as them. His friends and sister are skeptical about Lauren, as they think she already had a relationship while seeing Dave.

Lauren clarified that she had ended that connection before entering the pods. However, Dave struggles to trust her, especially since this man has been reaching out to her in hopes of reconnecting.
