Love is Blind Season 8 Episode 12 dropped on Netflix on February 28, 2025. The episode featured one couple, Ben and Sara, moving onto the next stage of their lives— marriage.

Dressed up and ready to go to the altar, the couple prepared to make their final decision. But before they could do so, they shared one last date as fiancés at a campsite.

Another couple, Joey and Monica, also had a final date. Monica opened up about feeling unsure about their relationship and admitted she was "spinning" with thoughts when it came to Joey. She revealed that she struggles with overthinking but loves the facet of Joey that calms and reassures her.

Meanwhile, for Love is Blind couple Sara and Ben, religion and politics remained a tough subject to navigate. Sara felt conflicted, admitting that even before joining him at the altar, her heart and brain were pulling her in different directions.

After watching a video and attending a service with Ben, Sara stated that she would not regularly visit church but might occasionally attend on holidays, as she didn’t "relate" to it.

Love is Blind Season 8 Episode 12 Recap - Joey and Monica have a final date together

Love is Blind couple Joey and Monica arrived at the conservatory for a date in the middle of the "sunken garden." Monica's main concern heading into the marriage phase was that she hadn’t heard Joey say he was "100 percent" in.

They reminisced about their dates in the pods, their time in Honduras, and their evolving connection. The conversation then shifted to love languages.

Joey shared that his primary love languages are acts of service and words of affirmation—he values having a supportive partner by his side. Monica, on the other hand, emphasized her need for words of affirmation, as she tends to "spin." She also prefers physical touch, though she dislikes PDA.

She acknowledged Joey’s efforts in stepping out of his comfort zone to make her feel loved. The two ended their date on a happy note, ready to move forward to altar day.

Ben and Sara went on a camping date, where they once again discussed religion. Sara admitted that she didn’t feel comfortable in Ben’s church, prompting Ben to suggest that they find a church together that suits her if she wishes to attend.

Later in Love is Blind, Sara expressed her desire to take Ben to a Pride parade to show him the beauty of diversity. Ben agreed, stating that he believes in equality as well.

By the end of the episode, both moved to their respective wedding venues, getting ready for the altar with the support of their friends and families.

Sara’s sister is gay and has a partner, making it incredibly important for her to marry someone who fully supports gender equality and diversity. Before walking down the aisle, Sara shared her inner turmoil in a confessional:

"I've been nauseous today. I've been sweaty, my hands, my feet. I just feel like all over the place honestly. I have so many emotions, so many thoughts. My heart is telling me I feel good about it. But my brain is telling me, 'I don't know.' And I'm really trying to tune into both."

In the end, Love is Blind left viewers on a cliffhanger, with Ben and Sara standing at the altar, moments away from saying "I do" or "I don't."

Love is Blind season 8 is streaming on Netflix right now till episode 12. A new episode is scheduled to be released on March 7, 2025.
