Southern Hospitality Season 3 concluded with a reunion where cast members Leva Bonaparte, Joe Bradley, Bradley Carter, TJ Dinch, Maddi Reese, Molly Moore, Emmy Sharrett, Michols Peña, Mia Alario, Lake Rucker, Grace Lilly, and Austin Stephan joined the show host, Andy Cohen.

During his interview with Decider on March 6, 2025, the Southern Hospitality cast member recalled what went down at the reunion. As viewers already know, Will Kulp decided to stay backstage at the reunion due to mental health reasons, and Emmy defended their relationship in front of the cast members. Bradley explained why he "lost a lot of respect" for Will:

“I would not be able to fall asleep or live with myself watching my girlfriend get berated by the whole group on a screen right in front of me when she’s two doors down. Will, I consider him a friend. But I lost a lot of respect for him, unfortunately.”

Bradley also talked about the possibility of Will joining Season 4 as a cast member after the whole drama surrounding his relationship and alleged cheating.

Southern Hospitality star Joe Bradley shares his opinion on the Will Kulp drama

When Southern Hospitality star was asked if Will Kulp was to return for the next season, he stated he was unsure. According to Bradley, the purpose of the reunion was to address the conflicts between the castmates, resolve the situation, and "move forward." However, he felt Will was avoiding the accusations made against him even when he got a chance to defend himself.

Bradley mentioned that maybe Will wasn't willing to "reconcile" with the group; he said:

“I don’t really see a bright future for him with the show and the group anymore. Because the whole point of the reunion is to reconcile and move forward. And if he’s not willing to do that, I don’t know how we can move forward back in Charleston."

The Southern Hospitality star was confused at Will skipping the reunion and having Emmy defending him in front of the cast. Bradley stated that Will is fully capable of defending himself as he is a lawyer, and if he isn't guilty, he should've clarified the matter by sharing his side of the story. Bradley further explained:

"And my biggest thing is if you can’t show up and defend your girlfriend at the reunion and you can’t defend her even at a dinner table and you just walk away from it, how the hell are you going to defend someone in the court of law? So, I mean, it just doesn’t make sense. Until there’s proof, I don’t know if I can say that I believe everything."

The Southern Hospitality cast member felt Will "ran away like a coward" and that it seemed like he was "guilty"; if he wasn't, he would have cleared his name. Apart from that, Bradley stated that attending the reunion was part of the contract, and it was important for everyone to be there. Which is why he was unsure if Will would join the cast next season.

All episodes of Southern Hospitality are available to stream on Bravo TV and Peacock TV.
