During the third part of the Tell All, the host asked Faith's partner, Loren, about his flirting with a female. She mentioned Loren "denying" his flirtation with another female. He replied that he didn't know she was a "drag queen."

"It was all miscommunication because I didn't understand the drag queen thing. That was a random like an 18-year-old girl. And she was flirting with me, and in order to not be rude, I was still showing her like, "Yeah, thanks for talking to me, I'm not interested," said Loren.

Fellow cast member Niles told Loren that he was "full of s*it." When he suggested that Loren apologize to Faith, he said he had done so multiple times. When Loren asked Faith to confirm his apologies, she replied:

"He always sorry, but the love story ends hurt. I don't know why I'm emotional."

Stating that, 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star, Faith got tears in her eyes. Seeing her crying, Adnan told her:
