What happened in Landman Season 1 Episode 4?
Rebecca saves Tommy by representing the oil company and fights the attorneys to settle with Tommy and M-Tex. Impressed by her prowess, Tommy invites her for drinks in a cafe, where they are coincidentally joined by Angela and Ainsley.
Angela is jealous after seeing Tommy with a young woman and keeps blabbering about her marriage throughout dinner. She recounts how the oil crisis led to the eventual fall of their family, both emotionally and financially.
Angela suggests getting back to Tommy after dinner. While he explicitly tells her he will not compromise on his commitment to his profession, she wants to give their marriage a second chance because they still love each other. Tommy agrees reluctantly.
Elsewhere, Cooper saves the day with Boss's new crew working on a dead oil rig. When Antonio gets injured and Dale asks the team to get the well working at the scheduled time, Cooper steps in to take Antonio's place and has the well up and running.
He then receives an unknown call from Ariana, Elvio's widow, who wants to meet him after his friendship proves to be a good distraction for her. While Elvio's cousin has warned him not to form any connection with her, he agrees to meet with her.
