Love is Blind UK episode 4 aired on Netflix on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. The show features 30 participants exploring their connections through blind dates while living in separate pods.
The pods have a wall between them, so the participants cannot see each other. The show is all about finding potential partners based on their emotional connections.
While some of the participants found their potential romantic partners, a few of them had their hearts broken when their feelings were not reciprocated in Love is Blind UK episode 4.
In one such case, Natasha, 32, left the show after her connection with her potential connection Tom, 38, ended during the fourth episode of the show.
While she was heartbroken and crying in the women’s quarters, fellow female participants consoled her. While comforting Natasha, Demi told her:
"You stay true to yourself. Know your worth. This doesn’t define you. Yeah. Okay. I love you."
What happened to Natasha on Love is Blind UK episode 4?
Love is Blind UK episode 4 featured a date between Natasha, a careers coordinator, and Tom, who works in PR and advertising. During their date, Tom revealed to Natasha that everything about her was perfect. However, Tom added that he wasn’t sure if their connection was romantic.
Tom shared that he wanted to ensure that whoever he makes a romantic connection with should also be sexually compatible with Tom. He felt scared because he didn’t feel that with Natasha, and that they might have a “friendship” between them.
Natasha revealed that she had never felt such a connection with anyone and that there's "an energy" that she can't put her finger on. She then got emotional and told Tom that there was just a wall between them.
Along with Natasha, Tom also felt emotional and apologized to Natasha, who felt that their story didn’t end there. Tom stood by his decision and said that he would go with his gut and end their connection. Love is Blind UK star wished Tom the best and hoped that he was happy.
Soon, Natasha left the pod crying while Tom sat there in his pod, speechless.
Natasha confessed while crying, that there was an undeniable connection between Tom and herself, which she couldn't explain. Upon reaching the female quarters, Natasha was still crying. Seeing her sobbing, Maria was the first one to notice her and asked whether Natasha was okay.
Natasha continued to cry, and another participant Elle came and asked:
"You all right, my love?"
Fellow cast mates including Demi, and Jasmine, Elle comforted Natasha, who shared that she felt "stupid." Natasha added that she didn’t think that she would come to the experiment and feel such strong feelings for someone, and also expressed that she wanted to go home.
Elle, Jasmine, Demi, and others comforted Natasha and hugged her. Jasmine then shared that anyone who had Natasha would be blessed to have her, as she was beautiful "inside and out."
While Jasmine and Demi hugged Natasha, the latter told her to stay true to herself and to know her worth. Jasmine told Natasha that she would see her outside the experiment.
"Like, obviously, I’m sad, ‘cause I came here to meet someone, and find someone, and that’s just not worked out for me, but I wouldn’t change my journey at all ." confessed Natasha.
After Natasha left the experiment, Maria shared with everyone that things were "getting really real", while Demi described the situation as too much.
